Thai Massage works with muscles, joints, and some acupuncture points to help improve circulation. Thai Massage uses stretching and stepping on body techniques to help increase flexibility and range of motion. (Light to Medium pressure)
Swedish massage is a type of massage therapy that’s primarily known for its relaxation effects. With this technique, a massage therapist targets muscles with a combination of friction, gliding strokes, and kneading.
Deep Tissue Massage utilizes the basics of traditional Swedish Massage but with Firm and Deep Pressure to deep muscle layers and connective tissues. Pressure is applied with hands, forearms, elbows, and knees to release knotted tissue, ease tension, reduce muscle spasms, back pain, and headache.
Neck, Shoulder, and Back Massage uses acupressure, Swedish, Thai, and Deep Tissue techniques to relieve stress and tension, promoting relaxation and harmony. Great for headaches and neck stiffness! Medium to Deep pressure.
